Our Services

Compassionate Mediation for Families

We offer a range of mediation services designed to help families navigate divorce and related issues. Our approach combines professionalism with a deep sense of compassion, ensuring that everyone feels heard and respected throughout the process.

Divorce Mediation

Our divorce mediation services help you find cooperative solutions that help you move forward with clarity and peace. We offer traditional divorce mediation as well as our 2-Day Divorce services.

Parenting Mediation

We guide you through the requirements of Indiana Parenting Time to find a co-parenting plan that works for your family. Parenting plans are based on the best interests of your children, as required by Indiana law.

Paternity Mediation

Even children born out of wedlock have a right to a relationship with both parents. We will guide you through making a parenting plan that works for your family and is in the best interests of the child.

Child Support Mediation

When changes in financial situations occur, child support may need to be adjusted. Mediation makes the process more transparent, and makes sure both parents are heard in discussing the support the children need.

In-Person Mediation Benefits

Our mediation service offers a welcoming space for families to resolve disputes. We prioritize personalized attention, helping clients achieve amicable agreements through face-to-face discussions. Our goal is to support you in navigating this journey with compassion and clarity.

Understanding the Process

In-person mediation involves active participation from both parties, fostering open communication. Well guide you through each step, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard. This approach often leads to more satisfactory outcomes for everyone involved.

Why Choose Us?

Our focus is deeply rooted in helping families find peaceful solutions. We understand the unique challenges families face in divorce and family law matters. We are experienced in helping families work through the decisions required to resolve divorce and co-parenting issues. Choosing our service means selecting a mediator who truly cares and has insights to help you work through tough times.

In-Person Mediation

We provide a calm environment where families can come together to resolve conflicts. Our skilled mediator works diligently to facilitate constructive dialogue, helping you reach agreements that reflect your family’s values. It is our experience that in-person mediation is the best option. In-person meetings help the mediator more quickly and better  understand you, and your issues and positions. This often leads to quicker resolutions.

For these reasons, all mediation services are available in person, and our flat-rate packages and 2-Day Divorce process is only available in person.

Virtual Mediation Benefits

Online meetings can save you time by eliminating the need to travel to our office. They can also offer you the chance to be in the comfort of your own home, office, or other familiar location during the mediation sessions.

Understanding the Process

Virtual mediation sessions involve active participation from both parties, fostering open communication. The mediator will guide you through each step. We hold virtual mediation on the Zoom Pro platform. To attend Virtual Mediation, you will need to have the following:

1. A private space and separate computer for each person to attend alone.

2. Computers with cameras. The mediator must verify your identity. Mediation sessions on a phone do not work well.

3. A headset with a microphone, preferably one that plugs into your computer via USB or an AV jack, not just blue tooth.

4. High-speed internet that allows smooth fast streaming of the audio and video during the meeting. Cell phone hotspots are not usually sufficient.

5. Childcare. If you have children who would otherwise require your attention during a 3-hour time span, you’ll need to find someone to care for them outside of the space where you will attend the mediation session. Children who are old enough to manage themselves cannot be in the room where you are attending mediation.

The mediator will answer any questions you may have about the requirements for attending Virtual Mediation.

We are experienced in helping families work through the decisions required to resolve divorce and co-parenting issues. We provide virtual mediation sessions via the Zoom Pro platform. This platform is secure with end-to-end encryption, protecting confidentiality and privacy. The mediation sessions are blocked from being recorded on the platform, and only the clients have access to the meeting. Your mediation contract will include an agreement from both parties that NO recording of any meetings is permitted.

We also use equipment that ensures a smooth and secure process from our end, like secure high-speed data internet, updated hardware, cameras, and a wired headset with hi-fidelity microphone.
